Keeping the Trends Holy: Summer Fashion

Can you believe Summer 2018 is here? Get ready to see an array of colors and interesting patterns! Minimalism is another theme for the season. BROTHERS:

Pastels- A pale yellow tie or baby blue shirt can give your suit a gentle, but effective pop of color. If you want to go for richer colors, royal blue and teal are nice colors to wear.

Checkered Prints- Don’t go crazy with this one. This gingham trend looks best in a small, structured print for jackets and trousers, preferably a suit. The top two colors of the season are gray and navy blue.

More Outerwear- Anoraks and windbreakers. It will most likely rain this season, so wearing these types of jackets is not only functional, but a statement. Now you can wear something other than the much-loved trench coat. Olive is a popular color for the anorak. You can wear a solid shirt or a patterned shirt such as stripes underneath.

Bell Sleeve Tops- I’ve seen this blouse everywhere. It’s flattering and so ladylike. Wear it with a simple skirt and a cute hat!
